The recurring practical note. Three separate listings carry reviews describing a crowded arrivals hall at peak disembarkation, and the ones that praise an operator usually praise a message sent the night before with the driver's name and the car.
On the coach days especially, reviewers keep returning to never having touched their own cases between the ship and the hotel door. It comes up far more often than any of the landmarks does.
Worth knowing before you book. One two-star is entirely about a motorcoach in central London at rush hour, and one five-star review still points out that an hour lost to a Sunday cathedral opening would have been better spent at the stones.
