None of them includes any admission, and none needs to: every stop on the route is open ground. SeaCity Museum and Tudor House are separate tickets at £13.05 and £10.00, both valid for a year, and neither walk goes inside them. Transport is not included and is not required.
Book a few days ahead in summer and a day or two out of season. The Titanic walk runs at 10:00 and 14:30 every day; the private walks start from 10:00 at a time you agree. Everything refunds in full up to twenty-four hours before it starts.
